Anadin Extra Soluble Tablets are suitable for adults and teenagers over the age of sixteen years, who have trouble swallowing tablets. These clever tablets dissolve in water and help to relieve mild to moderate pain and aches such as headache, migraine, period pains, toothache, sore throat, sprains, strains, or nerve pain. These tablets are also an ideal treatment for mild illness without the need for a GP's consultation, or for back pain, joint or rheumatic pain or muscle aches.Anadin Extra Soluble Tablets contain three active ingredients: aspirin, paracetamol and caffeine. The aspirin content targets the source of pain, while paracetamol helps block the pain signals from reaching the brain. Caffeine is also included to accelerate pain relief. Usage
Adults, the elderly and young persons aged 16 and over:
2 tablets every 4 hours to a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Do not give to children aged under 16 years, unless specifically indicated (e.g. for Kawasaki's disease).
