TCP Liquid - 200ml

In the UK alone TCP Liquid is one of the most well-known and trusted brands of antiseptic. It contains the active ingredients of halogenated phenols 0.68% w/v and phenol 0.175% w/v but gets its name from the original 1950's formula, which once contained Trichlorophenylmethyliodosalicyl.
TCP Liquid Antiseptic was originally formulated for the relief of sore throat symptoms, including those associated with colds and flu. If you use TCP for the treatment of sore throats and cuts, grazes, bites or stings, it is advised that you dilute it with water first. TCP Liquid Antiseptic can also be used undiluted on skin injuries in emergency situations where water is not available.

For relief of sore throat symptoms: gargle twice a day with TCP diluted with 5 parts water. DO NOT swallow. For relief of mouth ulcers: dab undiluted three times a day. Should symptoms persist for more than 14 days, consult your doctor or dentist. For cuts, grazes, bites and stings: dilute with an equal quantity of water and apply freely. In emergencies may be used undiluted. For boils, spots, pimples: dab lightly, undiluted, every 4 hours and do not cover.

Keep out of the reach and sight of young children. Do not use after expiry date. Do not use if you have an allergic skin condition or are sensitive to the listed ingredients. If you swallow large amounts, drink plenty of water. If you still feel unwell, seek medical consultation. Seek medical consultation if symptoms persist for more than a few days.
