Dermalex Eczema Treatment Cream is a steroid-free cream designed to treat and relieve the symptoms of eczema – such as itching, dryness and redness – leaving your skin stronger, smoother and more supple.
Scientifically proven to treat mild to moderate eczema symptoms, Dermalex Eczema Treatment Cream absorbs easily and is non-greasy. The cream works in two ways: it restores your skin’s natural barrier function, plus it prevents irritation by stopping allergens and other substances entering your skin.
