Strepsils Sore Throat & Cough Lozenges have been formulated to provide effective relief from the discomfort of sore throats and irritating coughs.
Description
Strepsils Sore Throat & Cough Lozenges include three active ingredients; dichloobenzyl alcohol, amylmetacresol and levomenthol. Dichloobenzyl alcohol and amylmetacresol are both mild antiseptics, which kill the bacteria associated with mouth and throat infections, while levomenthol (a mild anaesthetic) numbs the throat and also acts as a nasal decongestant to help relieve stuffiness in the nose. The action of sucking a Strepsils Sore Throat & Cough Lozenge allows the three active ingredients to work in the area of the discomfort and also helps lubricate and soothe the painful area. This helps relieve the soreness and discomfort of the mouth and throat.
Usage
Adults and children over the age of 6 years: Dissolve 1 lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours. No more than 12 lozenges per day

Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of the reach and sight of young children. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age. For oral administration only.
