Canesten Combi Pessary & Cream (GSL) is a complete treatment for vaginal thrush because it treats both the internal cause and external symptoms. It has been fomulated for women who have previously been diagnosed as suffering from vaginal thrush.

Description
Canesten Combi Pessary & Cream (GSL) contains the active ingredient clotrimazole, which belongs to a group of medicines called azoles. This antifungal agent combats the causes of infections such as vaginal thrush.
Usage
Suitable for women who have previously been diagnosed as suffering from vaginal thrush, on the advice of a medical practitioner.
Ingredients
x 1 Pessary and cream, which contains: Clotrimazole. Benzyl Alcohol. Polysorbate 60. Sorbitan Stearate. Cetyl Palmitate. Cetostearylalcohol. Octyldodecanol. Purified Water.
Suitable For
Suitable For female teenagers and adults, between the ages of 16 - 60 years, only on prescription.
Cautions/Allergies
Keep out of the reach and sight of young children. Not suitable for those under the age of 16 years (unless on the advice of a medical practitioner). Do not use if you are hypersensitive to the ingredients of clotrimazole. Do not use if you are taking the antihistamine, terfenadine. Capsule contains lactose monohydrate, so if you have an intolerance to some sugars seek medical consultation before use. Seek medical consultation if you have had any disease or illness affecting the liver or kidneys, or have had any unexplained jaundice.
