Product Information
A 100 percent natural sea water solution with added manganese – a mineral with anti-allergy properties – Stérimar™ Hayfever & Allergy Relief nasal spray is recommended for adults and children aged three years and older. It contains no drugs, steroids or preservatives – which means it's also suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women – and can be used with other nasal medication when advised by a doctor, as well as after nose surgery.

Description
Stérimar™ Hayfever & Allergy Relief is a natural nasal spray that removes allergens such as dust and pollen by clearing and cleansing the nasal passages. This helps prevent and relieve nasal allergy symptoms such as sneezing and an itchy, runny nose. In a clinical trial*, Stérimar™ Hayfever & Allergy Relief even reduced the number of allergic rhinitis episodes by 42 percent.
Usage
Directions:
On first use, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
For easy breathing and to moisturise the nasal lining: Keeping the head straight, gently put the nozzle in the nostril. Spray once or twice in each nostril. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.
For a deeper cleansing of the nasal cavities: Keeping the head tilted to one side, gently put the nozzle in the upper nostril. Dispense a prolonged spray. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.
After each use, clean the nozzle in hot water and dry.
Use 2 to 6 times a day for as long as needed or as long as your doctor recommends.
