I recently placed an order - when can I expect to get it
We are aiming to despatch orders within normal lead times (within 24 hours of receipt weekdays - orders placed on a weekend will be despatched the following Monday), however please allow up to the maximum time for delivery; 1-5 working days for first class and 5-10 working days for second class delivery, as we anticipate that Royal Mail will be under considerable pressure during this time.
What are your operational hours?
Our Call Centre lines and despatch warehouse are fully operational. As we are classified as a health business we have been granted permission to remain trading. Our current opening hours are as follows:
Mon-Fri: 8.00am – 7.00pm
Sat: 8.30am – 4.00pm
Bank Holidays: 9am – 5pm
