Almond Milk


Ingredients

140g Almonds
1 litre of water
Salt
 

Method

Put 140g of almonds in a bowl, cover with water and soak overnight.
Drain the water away from the almonds and place into a blender with 1 litre of water.
Add a pinch of salt and blend on high speed for one minute.
Strain the nut milk through a piece of muslin, easy!
