A Message From Nature's Best: Current Situation

These are very challenging times for all of us, but we’re in it together and we will keep going. We would like to offer our thoughts to those affected with COVID-19, and to those tirelessly providing care. We are also thankful to you, our loyal customers. As we all follow the events as they unfold, we wanted to share with you what we are doing to maintain health and safety at Nature’s Best. We are a close family here and take the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues seriously. Similarly, we share the same concerns for our customers and followers. Our offices, call centre and distribution centre have all implemented official health advice by scaling up personal hygiene, washing their hands often and frequently deep cleaning all areas.

Office and Distribution

Visitors are no longer allowed onsite and any colleagues having travelled abroad or those feeling under the weather are at home self-isolating, and remain there as per Public Health England and WHO guidelines. We are prepared to roll up our sleeves and to support each other, our customers and our business. However, there may be disruptions to services at this unprecedented time. We are going to do our very best to keep delivering the top-level standards our customers deserve, without compromising safety.

Call Centre and Customer Services

Our Customer Services team are handling an extremely high volume of enquiries, so please do bear with us if it takes a little longer for us to respond. Rest assured, we are working flat out to ensure we can continue to serve our customers and provide the support and advice they need. The Customer Services team are on split shifts and are seated at the advised distance apart. Each Team completes a meticulous clean prior to the next Team arriving.

With a particularly high level of orders, regretfully there will be a delay of up to 5-10 working days from receipt of orders and orders being despatched, however we are working hard to meet demand and keep supply going. There may also be a delay in processing refunds so please be patient with us. Thank you for your understanding at this time.

As you can imagine, some products have, and will, go out of stock for a period of time. We have fantastic factories working really hard, and new stock arriving all the time. If, however, the item you need is out of stock you will be able to check the product page on our website for back in stock dates. We have also suggested ‘Also Consider’ products on the page, if the item you need is not available. 

To help us maintain our effective and professional service, we request where possible, that orders are placed online at, allowing our staff to deal with customers who need our help on the phone.

Pharmacy items are proving difficult to source due to demand from the health care sector, and as a result are no longer available. We apologise for any inconvenience and we will reopen the Pharmacy when supplies become available.
