Multi-Max Teen Him is a multivitamin and mineral to support the unique needs of teen boys, providing essential support for their energy, immunity, skin and development.
Let’s talk about that teenage whirlwind of school, sports and those busy schedules. Keeping their energy up and nutrition balanced isn’t always easy. Our Multi-Max Teen Him multivitamin for teen boys is a thoughtfully formulated nutritional supplement to help fill those gaps.
Energy for his full schedule: Maintain energy levels with a blend of B vitamins, magnesium and iron. These essential nutrients can help combat tiredness and fatigue and support his active lifestyle.
During stressful times such as exams, the body can quickly deplete magnesium and B vitamins, making it challenging for growing bodies to meet their nutrient needs. That’s why our multivitamin is a vital ally containing relevant levels of these nutrients, helping to ensure he stays energised and ready to take on the day!
Recent data indicates that 16% of boys aged 11 to 18 may be at risk of anemia due to low levels of red blood cell folate. Don’t let him become a statistic - support his health with Multi-Max Teen Him, which includes iron to help meet his daily needs.
Immunity: This teens multivitamin packs 100mg of vitamin C, selenium and highly absorbable vitamin D3 to support his immune system. Since sun exposure can be limited when indoor activities prevail, we’ve covered that base, so nothing gets in the way of studying, family time or socialising.
Support for teen skin: We’ve blended biotin, zinc and vitamins A, B2 and B3 to support normal skin maintenance. Confidence in his complexion is important to physical and mental wellbeing.
Growth and development: Packed with zinc, magnesium and vitamin D3, Multi-Max Teen Him supports normal bone development and muscle function. Iodine is included to support the rapid growth happening during adolescence.
Did you know: Did you know that 19% of children aged 11 to 18 have low vitamin D levels*? On average, they aren’t getting enough vitamin D from their food, with intake falling below the recommended 10µg per day. The good news is that when vitamin D from supplements is included, kids’ average intake rises to about 29-40% of the recommended level. This highlights the importance of supplements to help ensure our kids are getting the vitamin D they need for healthy growth and development!
Crafted in the UK to high-quality GMP standards, these vegetarian-friendly, one-a-day tablets are a straightforward way to give him the support he needs.

"Teenager Vitamin Boost"By Danielle , 30 Oct 2025[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Tablets are slightly too big for my teenager. He has managed them though and after just a few weeks says he feels less tired.
Good size tub and a good qunatity of vitamina supplied, but my son prefers a gummy vitamin.Recommend to a friend: YesIncentivised Review: YesThank you for taking the time to leave a review. They have a great formula. They have a wide variety of vitamins. They're perfect for the fall and winter seasons. The tablets are easy to swallow. They're well-packaged with a secure closure. The price is excellent. I recommend them.Recommend to a friend: YesIncentivised Review: Yes"Seem Really Good!!!"By Emmayy , 23 Oct 2025NATURE'S BEST Multi-Max Teen Him Multivitamin & Minerals is a great choice, but has way too much of the fat solubles.
Overall the values per tablet are good, apart from the above. For some reason, NATURE'S BEST decided to have 50-100% of the water soluble vitamins, but overload to 150% on the fat soluble ones. This isn't wise long term, as fat soluble vitamins end up building up in your system. They really should have capped these at 50-75% for health reasons. A very strange choice, and one that means you won't want to use these as your regular multivitamin!
They come in a nice tub with a large opening which makes them easy to get into and the the tablets are quite large, but are smooth and easy to swallow. Very nice.Recommend to a friend: YesIncentivised Review: YesThank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We do offer a multivitamin which provides 100% of the NRV of many of the vitamins and minerals. However the NRV is simply the amount needed to prevent deficiency symptoms in the majority of a healthy population. Therefore there will always be people who need higher levels, for example those who are unwell or have a higher than average requirement.
A good example of this is Vitamin D. The NRV is currently set at 5ug (200iu) but the Government now recommend that adults and children over the age of 4 years should be taking 10ug (400iu); children all year round and adults during the winter.
I can confirm that when the level of a nutrient is above the NRV it still remains below the upper safe level for each individual nutrient.
