Since key nutrients such as vitamin B12, iron and iodine tend to be under represented in vegan diets we’ve included them in this formula at relevant levels.
Multi-Guard® Active delivers excellent levels of zinc, 10μg of vitamin D in the preferred, highly absorbable form of D3, cholecalciferol, vitamin C, and selenium, all of which contribute to the normal function of the immune system. You can learn more about vitamin D3 here.
This broad spectrum formula provides a comprehensive spread of B vitamins particularly vitamins B2, B3, and B12, pantothenic acid, and folic acid at levels ten times stronger than other well-known multis along with iron for the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Multi-Guard® Active supplies antioxidants in a unique ORAC blend derived from green tea - which has antioxidant properties that contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative damage -, grape seed, and rosemary extracts. My husband and I both noticed that our urine turned bright green after starting these tablets. We decided to check if it was linked to the tablets, so we both stopped taking the tablets and our urine cleared and became normal colour. We both started taking the tablets again and our urine once again became bright green - quite off putting! There''s nothing noted on the container to say urine may become discoloured. We stopped taking the tablets. Sadly a waste of money.

Bought this after using the Turmeric ones and found them very good. These tablets smell a bit off, and after you take them your Urine turns luminescent yellow. They are definitely strong in something as you have to wee at least 3 times to get these out of your system.
