I am glad to hear you are finding the Lactase 9000 useful. We introduced this product to support our customers who are lactose intolerant at times when they cannot guarantee that their diet is lactose free - for example when eating out. It is not a product that we would advise using as an alternative to avoiding foods containing lactose. As you feel that lactose is a problem for you, it would be advisable to start cutting this out of your diet and replacing lactose containing foods with alternative such as lactose free, soya, rice or oat milks. As your symptoms are quite severe, you may wish to cut out all dairy produce.

I developed lactose intolerance in my late 50s but I still like to eat cheese and have dairy milk lattes. I am not keen on vegan milk options so these tablets are a godsend. If I take one with my meal or drink I find I don''t get the embarrassing flatulence. Other ones I have tried are not as good as these. I particularly like that they are tasteless.

They really work. I'm someone who is really intolerant to dairy, especially milk which has higher levels of lactose in it than for example cheese, I need higher doses of lactase enzyme and this 9000cc product ensures no issues when consuming milk, just 1 tablet is needed. I came to re-order and saw they have doubled in price!!!!!! I refuse to pay nearly £20 for one bottle - I'll be trying other brands. What a shame
