Purchased for my Gen Z offspring, who has A**D. A**D can lead to people not eating properly. Taking A**D me****tion can make this worse as it can temporarily suppress the appetite.
Reading medical studies online, there are a range of supplements which, in some cases, have apparently reduced symptoms of A**D.
We chose Multi-Max Hair, Skin & Nails as it provided roughly suitable doses of most of these supplements, along with a broad spectrum of other supplements to support the under-nutrition.
It''s too early to tell if it''s helping, but I''m reassured my offspring is supplementing their non-ideal diet, and they have recently started a job and are coping.
A**D is now common, and Nature''s Best may want to produce a supplement specifically for this condition, perhaps offering a child and an adult formulation. If so. please increase the magnesium levels to around 300 mg for adults.
