    I have been taking zinc (not this particular one) for around the last 4-5 years as I read extensive research that among other things it plays a massive part with regard to the immune system and also I read extensively about zinc and prostate health, which when us men get older is an important consideration. I have purchased quite a number of products from Natures Best and I have been really pleased with everything I have purchased. These tablets are small and easy to swallow and have not taste.

    I noticed that this particular zinc is zinc citrate, which is recognised as being more easily absorb by the body. The other brand of zinc I was purchasing previously was not this type, so I expect I will not stick with Natures Best for my zinc purchases.
