I bought this as I wanted a high magnesium dose.
I started getting leg cramps at night, which I hadn't had on other formulations. On reading the packaging I realised that it contained magnesium oxide which is poorly absorbed by the body. You know this so why use it? total waste of money, but my own fault for not reading everything.
