    Hard to say as you dont get much time too see results through the app . But you get a good amount of tablets for the price, the pill size is average for a calcium tablet but doesn't stick to the throat like some do, i have felt less constipated since taking these.

    As supplements can take some time to build up and have an effect in the body, we do suggest that this is used daily at the full dose for three months before reassessing your symptoms, so you may wish to persist with this a little longer.

    Large storage, high strength calcium citrate, chalk like texture, these are large and easy to use, the ingredients and consistency are high quality, only down side is the taste leaves a little aftertaste, shame they can’t put some sort or orange flavour in them to make them easier to use. Decent amount and dosage mean they will last you a while.

    [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The tablets are quite large which might make it quitehard for some people to swallow. On the plus side they are not chalky & digest well. I have been taking for 3 weeks & up to now no side effects.

    [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I got to try their calcium citrate supplement, and found it just about ok. The pills are on the big side, which is pretty normal with calcium supplements, but makes them a bit difficult to swallow, and this may be an issue for some people. There’s nothing to rave about here, it’s very basic and exactly what you’d expect. It does the job, at a good price too, and this brand is solid if you want value supplements without any bells and whistles.
