- Product Information
- The powerful combination of Theanine and Lemon Balm continues to be a popular choice with customers who are looking to support their overall wellbeing. Known for its relaxing properties, Lemon Balm derives from the mint family. L-theanine, meanwhile, is one of the main active ingredients in tea, which is said to make this beverage uniquely calming and soothing. Discover more ways to support relaxation here.
Two of our high-performance Theanine and Lemon Balm capsules contain the same 200mg of L-theanine – found in our original supplement – but with the addition of 600mg of Lemon Balm (Melissa). To L-theanine and Lemon Balm, we added biotin for the normal function of the nervous system and normal psychological function, as well as pantothenic acid for normal mental performance.
Our Theanine and Lemon Balm Complex makes the perfect partner to Valerian, for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances and mild anxiety.
We’ve chosen to supply our Theanine and Lemon Balm complex in capsules - not tablets – since this material is better for fast-release formulas.
Our supplement comprises the best raw materials sourced from reliable and responsible suppliers. Many companies choose to sell the less active D-form of L-Theanine, extracted from tea. However, we insist on using the pure L-Theanine form in our formula. Before being manufactured and packaged in UK factories working to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), our raw material receives rigorous quality checks, ensuring it meets the strictest EU regulations on contaminants.

"An Opposite Reaction To Calming"By Lavinia , 05 Jun 2026I really wanted this supplement to work because I took before lemon balm and it helped me during stressful periods. I am a bit hyper as well. Unsure if it’s the synthetic ingredients of B vitamins or their concentration, or the Theanine extract, but I am experiencing anxiety, jitteriness, restlessness, alert heart beat and I’m more snappy than usual. I don’t take any other medication.
It’s upsetting as I’m stuck with yet another supplement that I won’t use.
It may work for other people, though.Recommend to a friend: Don't knowThank you for taking the time to leave a review.

I''m not a lover of prescribed meds so decided to try these and noticed a remarkable difference within a few days - even my husband and daughter have! I''m feeling much more positive about things and about myself and I am even sleeping better. I used to take sl*** a*** just before bed-time but taking these tablets with my evening meal, I start to feel relaxed and tired by late evening and now manage to sleep right through the night bar the odd night of getting up for the loo but I nod off again straight away. I''m back to my old self!Recommend to a friend: YesThank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am glad to hear you have found the product useful! We would not be able to recommend it as an alternative to medications and I would just ensure your doctor is aware of the supplements you are taking if they do not already.Nature's Best Nutrition AdviceBy Anonymous , 03 Aug 2025Verified PurchaseRecommend to a friend: Yes
