Green Tea Extract
Green tea is known to possess important health benefits, namely to increase our metabolic rate (our body’s ability to convert food into energy), making it popular with slimmers as well as offering us a dietary source of antioxidants to help protect our bodies from cell damage caused by free radicals.
These effects are a result of compounds known as catechins found in high quality green tea extracts like Nature’s Best Green Tea supplement. In addition to our straight Green Tea product we have added a relevant level of green tea to two of our multis, Multi-Max® Advance and Multi-Max® Complete (equivalent to one fresh cup of tea). There’s also a relevant level of green tea extract in our product called Colladeen® Visage, since there’s been so much focus recently on green tea’s antioxidant properties, as antioxidants are known to neutralise the damaging effect of free radicals generated by sun damage to skin.
