Goji Berries are a good source of: Protein, Vitamin C, Zinc
Product Information

Considered a superfood, goji berries have long been used in East Asian food and medicine. They’re an excellent lower-sugar alternative to raisins or dried cranberries, and many people choose to add them to smoothies, trail mix, cereal, baking, energy bars or soup. You can even soak goji berries and brew them into tea.

These jewelled berries have the highest concentration of protein of any fruit, including all essential amino acids. They’re also loaded with vitamin C (30g provides 30% of your daily vitamin C intake), contain more carotenoids than any other food, and boast 15 times the amount of iron found in spinach.

Besides this, goji berries are low in saturated fat and high in satiating fibre, which helps to keep you fuller for longer. Studies have also cited that goji berries are rich in antioxidants, like zeaxanthin. Antioxidants protect against free radicals, harmful compounds known to damage cells and lead to ageing.

At Nature’s Best, we source our raw materials from reliable, quality-assured suppliers. Before being manufactured and packaged in UK factories working to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

I would recommend these berries and although quite pricey I think that''s the same everywhere.

The quality of the berries is good and I do tend to eat too many handfuls at a time. Love them
