Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is now a popular supplement and has been used in numerous research studies. It is a naturally occurring fatty acid present in our diet in the form of beef and full fat dairy produce. However, modern farming methods and the move away from meat consumption has greatly reduced most people's intake. Some researchers believe that modern day diets fail to provide enough with the average modern day diet providing as little as 200mg, when an intake of 3000mg (3g) might be a better target.
Daily Intake
Take 1-2 capsules twice daily with a meal. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Had read supposed benefits, but after half a potful there is no apparent benefit at all, and the recent press also says there is nothing to be gained by using CLA.

Will continue with the rest of the large pot, just in case . . . !!!
