I used Nature’s Best on a several occasions and never was unhappy or unsatisfied with their service, delivery or quality of the products. However, in my last shopping experience with this company took it’s tall when I used my Blue Light Card Benefits. I was entitled as a front line worker discount and I used it with my shopping at Nature’s the Best. In the past, without using my entitlement and paying full price for my purchases I had my deliveries within 3-4 days and the expiry days of the products were very long.
On this occasion and to my extreme disappointment my delivery time was over ten days and ALL of my products have LESS than seven months (usually up to two years) before expiry day.
Just because I was using my Blue Light discount I received products with a shorter expiry date that wouldn’t be the case if I would pay a full price.
I feel discriminated because I was using my discount benefits.
On this occasion and to my extreme disappointment my delivery time was over ten days and ALL of my products have LESS than seven months (usually up to two years) before expiry day.
Just because I was using my Blue Light discount I received products with a shorter expiry date that wouldn’t be the case if I would pay a full price.
I feel discriminated because I was using my discount benefits.

We use many different discount providers, Blue Light, Senior Discount, Student Beans, Defence Discount and many more. All our customers who apply these discounts to their orders are sent exactly the same batch of product as those who don't, we do not treat any of our customers differently in any circumstance.
Although we do try to have a minimum of 12-18 months shelf life on our products, on occasions some product lines may slip under this 12 month requirement. However, we always ensure that a product can still be consumed within the shorter shelf-life.
I have had a look at the lines on your order and we are now selling a longer batch of the Vit C, I will arrange for a complimentary pot to be sent out for you.
With regards to the delivery time, I would like to apologise if your order did not arrive as quickly as we would like. In our experience we do find that second-class orders usually arrive within 4-5 working days. However, we do ask our customers to allow up to a maximum of 10 working days until we consider a parcel to be lost within the postal system and therefore send a replacement parcel. I have tracked your order and can see that it left us on the 16th November and was delivered on the 25th November. As this was only 7 days, it is well within our delivery guidelines. If you do require a faster delivery for future orders, you do have the option of upgrading to a First-Class service for the cost of just £1.00. Our guidelines for this are 1-5 working days, with parcels usually arriving in 1-3 days.
We do pride ourselves on our Customer Service and continually monitor the quality of service we provide. I would like to sincerely apologise that we have not met your expectations on this occasion.

The product tastes awfully bitter and strange, not at all like the familiar vitamin c taste.
