A further 6 g of creatine monohydrate has been added to support strength and power. Beta Alanine is an intracellular buffer, helping to neutralise hydrogen ions produced through intensive excerise. Minerals magnesium, calcium and sodium have been added and are required for muscle function. Many of these minerals are lost through sweating.
