Why do you use this product Zinc Citrate 15mg ? After I had contracted a rheumatoid condition, where the particular medication I take to control it, also depresses the immune system, I learned that Zinc is a very good supplement for supporting immunity.

Why do you use this product Zinc Citrate 15mg ? the 1st reason was the white marks on my nails which may have meant a zinc deficiency but then i read that it helps with boosting the immune system and so now i do get less colds than i used to and there are no white marks on my nails.
