No More Period Pain

great for stopping period pain and sore boobs. my periods are now perfectly regular. I use this with Premtis and Starflower oil coz i used to get awful period pain. Don't know if i need them all but im not risking it! Thanks

I used to get very tender breasts from water retention during my cycle. I have noticed a great improvement since I started taking vitex agnus castus. I'm also less irritable now which I'm sure is because of the tablets. It definitely works for me and therefore this is the one supplement I wouldn't want to be without.

Helped Regulate My Periods

I was bleeding between periods and my doctor suggested this product. I haven't bled in between periods since - apart from the two months I stopped taking it and I started bleeding again - so it really does work.

Why do you use this product Vitex Agnus Castus ? i was told and i did research on these to help to concieve after trying for two years honestly i dont rate these as i dont feel any different in any way

This Product Has Improved My Health!

Why do you use this product Vitex Agnus Castus ? I started using Nature's Best Vitex Agnus Castus a year ago after a friend introduced me to it. Before then I had been suffering from hot flushes. I've not had a single one since. I would highly recommend women try VAC before HRT!

Brilliant Product For Hot Flushes/Night Sweats

After several months of terrible hot flushes/night sweats I decided to give these tablets a try together with Soya Isoflavones. I have been taking one a day of each for about 6 weeks and my hot flushes have more or less disappeared. I just have the odd one here and there but nothing so severe. I'm really, really pleased with these two products.

Why do you use this product Vitex Agnus Castus ? I have had cysts on the ovaries since I was 19 years old. My Doctor prescribed a birth control pill to help control the cysts. But when I reached 40 years old, he took me off them. Someone told me that Annus Castus would be a good substitute. I have been taking agnus castus for 10 years and my cysts didn't grow and I sailed through the menopause with hardly any of the dreadful symtoms.
