This is a ‘rising star’ amongst scientists whose findings suggest that vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bone. It also contributes to normal blood coagulation.

Our bodies obtain vitamin K in two forms, K1 is found in green leafy vegetables and K2 is normally produced by the friendly bacteria in the digestive tract. This is why we have combined 45µg of K2 and 30µg K1, both natural as you would expect, to conveniently provide 100% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA).

If you are already taking one of our high strength multi’s then you may already be covered since most of our multis contain vitamin K at levels ranging from 20µg (Premtis®, Multi-Guard Balance®) to 75µg (Multi-Max Advance®, Multi-Max Complete®, Multi-Guard Balance® and Multi-Guard Active®). Osteoguard,®, our bone formula provides a relevant level (40µg) of this nutrient per 2 tablets.

Typically per tablet:
Vitamin K Complex:	75µg
(as Vitamin K2 and Vitamin K1)

DiCalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Vitamin K Complex (Vitamin K2 as Menoquinone-7 with Antioxidant: Alpha Tocopherol Acetate, Vitamin K1), Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate.

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be substitute for a varied diet.

This product is free from wheat, gluten, yeast, dairy, soya, nuts and shellfish.

This product is suitable for all adults. This product is suitable for vegetarians.
