Vitamin C 500mg Time Release
Longer acting vitamin C with rosehips and bioflavonoids
This is one of our most popular Vitamin C products, with each tablet providing a hefty dose of this versatile vitamin. Most mammals can produce their own Vitamin C but for us humans it is what is termed an essential nutrient which means we must rely on our diets to obtain it. And since the body does not store Vitamin C for long we really need a good supply of it every day, particularly since it plays such an important role in the normal functioning of the immune system. It also plays an important role in protecting our cells from oxidative damage by unstable chemicals called free radicals.
Once swallowed these tablets are designed to release the vitamin C gradually over a period of 6 hours and by doing this the level of vitamin C in the blood can be maintained higher for longer.

Valuable Vitamin C

Why do you use this product Vitamin C 500mg Time Release ? My diet has never included all the vegetables and fruits it should for health. For many years I took one 1000 mg. Vitamin C slow release tablet every morning. The great thing about vit. C is that you cannot overdose yourself. Nowadays I am eating a better diet so have started to use the 500 mg. tablets. I am 81, and my skin and hair are very good which I attribute to the Vit. C.

Why do you use this product Vitamin C 500mg Time Release ? I like the 500mg time release vit c as the dose is good. inspite of eating lots of fruit and vegetables, I get sore gums if i dont take this dose daily. I like the time release aspect. I have taken them for years. they are good quality.

Why do you use this product Vitamin C 500mg Time Release ? Vitamin C is one of the most important parts of a diet, I take Time Release Vitamin C at the 500mg strength,1 per day as a top up.But I take 2 a day if I feel a cold coming, and it seems to hold it off.

Why do you use this product Vitamin C 500mg Time Release ? It's said to be helpful for protection against viruses, and the time release version is best because the body isn't able to absorb big doses of vitamin C at one time and the surplus gets ejected. Also good for energy, I think. As to how much the product has helped, I have no idea.
