Why do you use this product Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 50mg ? In combination with B12 and Folic Acid I feel that tey may help to keep my brain active

Why do you use this product Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 50mg ? Only just started taking 50mg of B6 - much more powerful than the 10mg from a supermarket brand....... well recommended to me by a friend/work colleague - thank you!
