This is our most popular B Complex, with all the B’s presented at much higher levels than you will find in typical supermarket products because we have formulated ours to provide significantly more than just the RDA levels. These higher levels are quite safe and often recommended by nutritionists, and are similar to the levels used in recent studies on memory in elderly patients.

Almost every biochemical process in the body requires B vitamins, including the release of energy from foods, the normal function of the immune system and the nervous system as well as the production of red blood cells. Folic acid and B6 play an important role in cardiovascular health through their role in the regulation of homocysteine in the blood.

Cellulose, Thiamin Mononitrate, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl), Pantothenic Acid (Calcium Pantothenate), Inositol, Riboflavin, Niacin (Nicotinamide), Choline Bitartrate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Stearic Acid, Para Amino Benzoic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Biotin.

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be a substitute for a varied diet.

This product is free from wheat, gluten, yeast, dairy, soya, and nuts and shellfish. Long term intake of this amount of Vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. Keep out of sight and reachof children. Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.

Why do you use this product Vitamin B50 Complex ? I read years ago Vit B6 was easily depleted by alcohol and as I was drinking quite a lot in those days, I thought I`d take it. Also I`ve read the B vitamins work best when taken as a group and they are good relating to energy levels.

I had burning mouth syndrome and was told by my dentist to take this supplement. In a rush to get some I went to a well known high street store. It helped a bit but as soon as I needed to place an order with you for my other supplements I added it to my order. Within hours the pain had gone and I now only take one every other day.
