Vitamin B-100 Complex
UK's Strongest B Vitamin formula.
This is the strongest B complex that is available in the UK, and we recommend this product is best taken for short periods of 2-3 months, during periods of convalescence, or as a quick boost to your B vitamin intake. After this period you should change to our B 50 Complex, our Multi B Complex, or choose one of our multis such as Multiguard® which have high B Vitamin levels.

Why do you use this product Vitamin B-100 Complex ? I take B Vitamins to ward off mouth ulcers which take hold when I am stressed, general tongue health and to make sure, as I vegetarian, I am getting all the B vitamins I need.

Why do you use this product Vitamin B-100 Complex ? I think that vitamins B are very important for health and I rarely find some with such a high % (of course it is possible to find similar product in France, but it would be much more expensive).
