Sleep Aid
By Anonymous - 14th May 2013
I have always had problems with my sleeping patterns and interrupted sleep. This strength of valerian works well for me, just one, an hour before retiring and it helps enormously. Have been prescribed sleeping tablets in the past but found that they left me groggy in the morning and disorientated. Have had no problems at all with the valerian but I do suggest that you read the notes before taking them. These can also be used during the day for anxiousness but again I suggest read the notes in the packet as I am not medically trained and am only speaking from experience and I do NOT suffer from depression. Can`t believe how much they help after being prescribed many different things in the past.
