We find that it is a help with arthritis, my husband had it in his thumb took your tablets and it was 100% better - to test this he stopped taking the tablets only to find that the pain came back again. On taking the tablets again the pain has now gone away again. I have also found that I do not
get arthritis to bad in my shoulder but am waiting for the cold winter nights to come so that I can test it again.

Why do you use this product Turmeric 10,000mg ? I have osteparthritis in knee and hand joints and find the combination of turmrtic and glucosamine, MSM and collagen seems to improve it. I think the term is that they work in synergy. I also take cod liver oil, and garlic, multi vitamins. Seems a lot but I think its better than pain killers.

I have spent most of my life sat at a drawing board and computer 5 days a week. I have suffered from back pain on and off throughout the years and turmeric helps to keep the inflammation down combined with an anti-inflammatory diet. I have psoriatic Arthritis. Most of my joints are affected.
My dad, a retired GP suggested I try this as it contains 10,000mg of Tumeric (most others aren't as strong) which has anti inflammatory properties.

I am coeliac and as such avoid many products which contain a range of products containing gluten. There are odd occasions when eating out when I've mistakenly eaten a small amount, this was obvious with the symptoms produced. Since taking turmeric I have none of these problems. It seems to line the intestine and reduce the inflamation that can occur.

I have been taking Turmeric for some time now to help ease the symptoms of my irritable bowel such as bloating and trapped wind. I find that Turmeric is one of the only supplements I can take which truly makes a difference and after taking it on a regular basis, I have noticed a significant improvement. I have a black Labrador who became so arthritic he could only move a few yards from his bed and certainly could no longer go for any walks, and we used to do at least 20 miles a week for the past 8 years. Someone we know said, "give him Turmeric" which we did in his food. Now after only 5 weeks we are out for walks again with no problems. I had an arthritic thumb, Turmeric has cured this as well.

I take turmeric along side fish oil and glucosamine as well as prescribed medications, as I have rheumatoid arthritis, I take it as it has anti inflammatory properties and so far (the past five years) I have been in good shape and able to carry on with my job as a fitness instructor .
