Will Definitely Consider Having These Shakes Again

Why do you use this product Protein Shakes Strawberry Flavour ? I tend to get low blood sugar and as I have an active lifestyle I like eating little and often to give me energy. I'm also a non-meat eater so it's important to me that I have enough protein and this is a good way of taking it. However, I wasn't keen on just using milk with the shake. I put strawberries, half a banana, a little juice (clementine but any would do) and the shake into the blender and then stored it in the fridge until I needed it.

Why do you use this product Protein Shakes Strawberry Flavour ? I got the strawberry flavoured sachets just to try. I found the aftertaste to be chalky, but then I am used to a full bodied nutritional meal replacement shake. I will probably get the vanilla next time and add a small handful of frozen fruit to it to make it more palatable. I don't need to use it for weight loss just want to have something that you can take and go before taking dance class without having to wait for the stomach to digest.

Why do you use this product Protein Shakes Strawberry Flavour ?I do alot of exercise and am a vegetarian too, I feel I needed a protein boost on some days and they taste delicious which is an added bonus! I make it up the day before I need it and leave it in the fridge, it is much better and super chilled! Think I will most probably order more when these run out.....
