A Great Product For A Physically Active Person

I have been regularly buying this product for about 5 years now. I have a very physically job in the summer & spend as much as possible in the winter trekking and skying. I litteraly burn more calories than I can eat. So these shakes (taken with full fat milk in my case) are a great way to keep the protein /calories/energy levels up. Having tried all 3 flavours, I prefer the vaniglia & strawberry ones. This is part of my staple diet now.... Taken as regularly as my multivits & fish oils tablets !!
