Our best-selling OsteoGuard®, Original formula is an excellent choice for those who want to optimise their bone health, thanks to it supplying all of the key nutrients at safe yet nutritionally relevant levels.
Evidence increasingly suggests you need both dietary calcium and magnesium to slow down bone loss, which is reflected in our specalist bone health formula. Each taste-free coated tablet provides 500mg of calcium and 125mg of magnesium. Many customers choose to take OsteoGuard® Original alongside a low strength multivitamin, where tablet size and space restrict the inclusion of useful amounts of calcium and magnesium.
OsteoGuard® Original also delivers good levels of vitamins D3 and K, both of which contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. We've included 10µg of vitamin D3 (twice the Nutrient Reference Value - NRV) and 75µg of vitamin K (the full NRV) per two tablets.
We've chosen to provide our all-in-one bone health formula in tablets, not capsules, since they can accommodate highly concentrated levels of fine-grade calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3, and vitamin K. We've carefully designed our tablets to dissolve within 60 minutes for maximum absorption.
Our high-strength calcium and magnesium tablets are made in UK factories working to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to meet our strict quality standards.

What do calcium and magnesium contribute to?
Calcium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function. This mineral also contributes to the reduction in the risk of osteoporotic bone fracture.*

Daily Intake
Take 1-2 tablets daily with a meal. If your diet is low in dairy or you have reached the menopause, you may choose to take 2 tablets daily. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Why do you use this product OsteoGuard® ?
I really like the idea of this good all round bone support formula. I have osteoporosis in the family and want to know I am in good hands. This is the only bone support formula that offers good levels of both calcium and magnesium.
