First week: Take around 10 grams or 10 pills a day. Have them with a juice that will spike your insulin i.e. grape juice, apple juice, orange juice. Not water/tea/coffee/soft drinks After that first week just take 3-5 grams or pills a day, I generally take 5 on days when I work out and 3 on days when I don't. Again with the juice^^ Make sure you drink nothing for an hour before and an hour after except for the juice you took the creatine with or else you will be wasting the creatine into your urine! Take 3-5 EVERY day until you're very very old (and still muscley and toned as hell)

been on these tablets for last 3 weeks and i cant honestly say if its made any difference or not , daily dosage is just 2grams a day , whereas i have read online that you should supplement between 5-25grams per day , not sure if it hasnt made a difference because of my size so going to up dosage to 4 a day and see what happens , fingers crossed !

Why do you use this product Creatine Monohydrate Tablets ? a careful selection of sports supplements seem to help my body maintain muscle. I am naturally very slim and find it hard put on weight . I eat a very high protein and low fat diet, so I have to try not to lose to much body weight whilst I exercise.

These tablets are slightly smaller than most high street brands but still pack a gram of creatine which makes them much easier to swallow. Price is excellent with the bonus of getting it from a reputable source! and not dodgy ebay sellers. Cant really comment on performance as it varies for each user but Im maintaining my weight since changing to natures bests product.
