Each 5g of Tonalin® CLA powder provides:

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA): 2.85g

Tonalin® CLA, Milk Powder (Calcium Caseinate & Skim Milk Powder), Hydrolysed Starch Syrup, Anti-Caking Agent: Silicon Dioxide, Stabiliser: Tetra Potassium Diphosphate, Antioxidants: Ascorbyl Palmitate and Natural Mixed Tocopherols.
Take one 5 gram portion (heaped teaspoon) per day. The powder has a mild, pleasant taste and can be eaten from the spoon or added to hot or cold drinks (milkshakes are perfect). Alternatively, sprinkle it on your cereal or stir it into food just before eating. Do not cook with this powder. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be a substitute for a varied diet.
This product is free from wheat, gluten, yeast, soya, nuts and shellfish. This product contains lactose. This product is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Why do you use this product CLA Powder ? I believe cla helps preserve muscle and reduce fat. Prefer natures best powder to capsules as I can add to drinks to make them creamier!

In regards in weight management, it is hard to tell what effect it truly has as we are all healthy but we do think that it has helped us to avoid putting on any extra weight in periods when we have eaten more - like Christmas for example. I would say it is working for all three of us, although people shouldn't expect to be able to take this then pig out all the time.

We have been using it for around 6 months and will continue to make it a part of our daily routine - probably for life!
