Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is now a popular supplement and has been used in numerous human research studies. Why do you use this product CLA 1000mg CAPSULES ? After many years of research, I learned recently that a lack of linoleic acid can be a cause of adult acne. Having tried everything else with no results, I decided to try these capsules. I'd had acne for over 20 years, but after a couple of weeks with this product, it had almost all disappeared. I am absolutely impressed and very grateful for this product, better than all the antibiotics and other rubbish I've taken over the years ! I thank God for having discovered CLA !

For about 8 years I had taken CLA capsules. I stopped taking them about 6 months ago and soon developed fat (a 'spare tyre') around my waist. Having resumed taking them, I am definitely slimmer around my middle again and much more comfortable.
