Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine are ‘essential’ amino acids, meaning they cannot be made in the body. BCAAs make up 33% of muscle protein making them of special importance to people who train regularly.
This product is formulated with what is termed ‘free form’ amino acids that have been independently produced and then combined in the 2:1:1 ratio. Some cheaper BCAA products just contain hydrolyzed soya protein as the source of the amino acids whereas our product provides the pure grade of amino acids used in clinical nutrition products.

High Protein Diet

Why do you use this product Branched Chain Amino Acids ? I use the gym 5 times a week, trying to build muscle. I eat a very high protein diet, and feel sure that a careful selection of sports supplements help my body use its food more efficiently. If I stop taking my supplements i feel weaker and lose the weight I am trying to maintain.

Why do you use this product Branched Chain Amino Acids ? I workout at least 5days a week. Try this product for a month didn't see the differents. So I have now stop taking this.
