Our Delivery Options


UK 2nd Class Delivery (Royal Mail 48)

Cost: Free on UK orders over £15  (excluding Pharmacy items)
All orders containing PMED are subject to a delivery charge of £2.50 unless order is over £35. Please note: We are required by law to send any orders containing a Pharmacy Medicine via tracked delivery. Please ensure an adult will be present to sign for delivery.

£1 on orders under £15

Target Delivery Times: Usually 3-4 working days, however, it may take up to 10 working days during busy times


UK 1st Class Delivery (Royal Mail 24)

Cost: £1 on orders over £15 & £2 on orders under £15

Target Delivery Times: Usually 1-2 working days, however, it may take up to 5 working days during busy times

Please note: From the 7th of August 2023, mail items destined for the Jersey island will now be transported by sea rather than flown and could take an additional day to be delivered.


Please note: Currently we have had to suspend shipments to EU/EIRE. We are still able to ship to Europe (excl. EU countries) and the rest of the world. 

Rest of Europe/Eire - Royal Mail

Cost: 10% of order value + £1 on orders under £15

Target Delivery Times: Allow up to 4 working weeks

Rest of World - Royal Mail

Cost: 25% of order value + £1 on orders under £15

Target Delivery Times: Allow up to 4 working weeks  



Monday-Friday: Orders are despatched within 24 hours of receipt.

Weekends Bank Holiday's: Orders are despatched the next working day

  • £30 OFF orders of £200 and over 

  • £10 OFF orders of £100 to £199

*Please note that the bulk discount will not take into account Pharmacy products as part of the total amount. The bulk discount is for Nature's Best and Nature's Best Sports products only. Sadly we can not extend this offer to include subscription products. Also please be aware that affiliate discounts can not be used in conjunction with the bulk discount we offer.

We choose Royal mail as our delivery agent as they are a reliable, good value, deliver on Saturdays and quite honestly, the simplicity and convenience of their proven mail service gets top marks from us!

 

How can I amend or cancel my order?

If you wish to amend an order please call 01892 552118 as soon as possible so we can make any changes prior to despatch. Unfortunately, if the order has been despatched it cannot be cancelled and will have to be returned (within 4 weeks), once the goods are received back a refund will be arranged.
