This Protein shake is by far the best protein i have ever used, I will certainly be ordering more of this amazing product. I have noticed an increase in recovery after training and my muscle definition has improved.

Being vegetarian i need a bit more protein in my diet, also i'm trying to put on weight. So this is great. I have bought the 'weight gain' shakes 3 times before, and they were great. Though this is even better. It's very hard for me to put on weight, but this has given me great results. Great workout shake, great for adding an extra meal between meals, and tastes great! Though, i would like it to be a bit cheaper, though cant have everything.

Tastes better than other similar powders so does not need to be mixed with milkshake powders to give it a taste. Good value for money with everything provided in the one mix that you need for a good workout which really works!

All-In-One Chocolate Flavour Powder - easy to blend and tastes great. A good balanced mix of protien/crabs/creatine/bcca's. I use it before and after training (weight training/kettlebells/jujitsu) and as an occasional meal replacement. And, as always with natures best, the delivery is very quick

As well as running I do bodypump, boxercise, circuit training and kettlebell training. I find that after the programs involving weights this product helps me to recover quickly. At 67 I need all the help that I can get and this product is excellent.

Value For Money!

An all in one powder is really important if your naturally as thin as me. This powder is excellent value for money with everything you need, and is less reliant on sugars to bulk it out. It mixes better than ALL similar priced powders I've used and despite containing creatine is not grainy. Ive only had the Chocolate flavour so far but it tests good without the chalky after-test of some.

All-In-One Chocolate flavour actually tastes pretty good with water and mixes well. The taste of creatine is nowhere near as noticeable as with similar products. The price is good and the results re rapid. It really feels like you see the results of what you're putting in your body asap. Would recommend.
