Some selenium products provide just 100µg of selenium whilst Nature’s Best provides 200µg in each one-a-day tablet. We insist on a special form of selenium which is bound to an organic compound to help absorption. Few companies use this form, but then it is three times more expensive than the inorganic form!
And two important vitamins in the formula Vitamin C and Vitamin E are also present at slightly higher levels than many high street equivalents.

Selenium, And Its Benefits.

Why do you use this product Selenium 200µg Plus A,C and E ? Because there is a genuine need to boost Selenium due to its scarcity in our everyday diet. I only take what I consider are necessary supplements, many of the others are unproven and unecsessary in my view.
