Why do you use this product Refreshall® ? Suffering from M.E. my brain gets tired very quickly when I read, receive information and otherwise concentrate. When I started using Refreshall I cut down my use of fish oil tablets dramatically (ate them like candy). Now, after quite a long period and having done other things to improve my condition as well, my "hunger" for Refreshall is not as acute as it was. But I still use it to help my brain concentrate.

I am well aware that my short term memory is not what it was and I take Refreshall in the hope that it will help. I'm not sure they are successful but I will keep taking them.

Why do you use this product Refreshall® ? I have taken Refreshall tablets for
several years and I find that my memory both short and long term is better
now than it was before. I like the fact that the ingredients come from
natural sources which have long been associated with memory, not drugs.
