Valerian is a perennial plant that is native to North America and Europe. The flowers are pale pink in color and they grow from a tuberous root / rhizome.

Valerian has a long history of use and is widely popular throughout Europe and the US.

These tablets are produced from standardised extract that contains 0.5% valerenic acid.

Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.
