Our Peppermint Oil capsules contain 50mg of pure natural peppermint oil, distilled from mint leaves. They are many times stronger than even the hottest mint sweets and will provide you with a warm comfortable feeling. The key active ingredient in peppermint are the volatile oils, particularly menthol. Peppermint has a long tradition of use as a digestive aid and a well-proven relaxing effect on smooth muscle, of the type found in the gut.
Much of the recent research has focused on the action of peppermint on the digestive system where it has been shown in trials to possess soothing properties.

Typically per capsule:
Peppermint Oil:	50mg

Sunflower Seed Oil, Capsule Shell (Modified Starch, Glycerol, Gelling Agent: Carageenan), Peppermint Oil.

Take 3 capsules daily with a meal. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be a substitute for a varied diet.

This product is free from wheat, gluten, yeast, dairy, soya, nuts and shellfish. This product is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

This product is suitable for all adults. This product is suitable for vegetarians.

Peppermint Natures Cure

Suffering from ulcerative colitis/inflammatory bowel disorder most my life I've been on many medication which also cause side effects I was totally dependent on them, I slowly started adding mint to my diet teas and raw mint they helped but wasn't strong enough but I started taking these addition to my medication before I ate. Over weeks I slowly weaned myself off the drugs and increases the peppermint capsules, a couple of months i stopped taking my drugs and also I don't take as much peppermint as I did on the beginning. So it's cured me, 6months later I still need to peppermint as a treatment but I rather have herbs than drugs.
