These delicious bars are a perfect way to consume a large amount of protein wherever you are. They make a great snack and with 18g of protein per bar you should find that they keep you feeling full for longer than cereal bars or chocolate. Our bars weigh an impressive 50g and knock the spots off cereal bars which generally weigh half this amount, contain less than 2g of protein, but have a similar calorie content. So ours are double the weight, double the pleasure, nine times more protein and pretty much the same calories.

Why do you use this product Protein Bars Passionfruit & Mango Flavour ?

I have to lose weight for medical reasons, and find them a useful way of preventing myself eating empty calories (i.e. high sugar and processed starch, like biscuits and cakes, a lifetime weakness) between meals or after exercise. I know exactly what I am eating, and can adjust the next meal accordingly.

Pre and post workouts or sometimes as meal replacements when on a "Cutting phase" during training. Keep you full at night, good amounts of protein and great tasting. Also very very easy to digest with no gut rot that you get with other brands. Love em!
