Osteoguard® is a high potency all-in-one bone health formula supplying 500mg calcium and 188mg of magnesium per tablet as recommended by many nutritionists. There’s good evidence to show maintaining a high dietary intake of calcium will help to slow down the process of bone loss and the DoH recommends that women should have an intake of up to 1200mg of calcium per day. However, calcium is not the only important nutrient as it’s been found that there is a clear link between magnesium intake and bone mass density too. Since 7 out of 10 women have diets providing less than the recommended amount of magnesium it makes sense to include this mineral in any bone health programme. However relevant levels of these two minerals are only found in specialist products like Osteoguard® and that’s why it has become one of our top sellers.

No bone formula would be complete without vitamin D, the ‘sunshine’ vitamin, and we’ve increased the level of 10µper two tablets, which is twice the RDA, following recent research which has again focussed on the importance of this vitamin to our health.

In addition vitamin K is also being highlighted as it contributes to maintenance of normal bones and so we have raised the level to 75µg per two tablets, the RDA.

Vitamin D:	5µg	Vitamin K:	38µg
Calcium:	500mg	Magnesium:	188mg

Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Oxide, Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colour: Titanium Dioxide, Glycerin), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Boron (Sodium Borate), Vitamin D3, Vitamin K1.

Take 1-2 tablets daily with a meal. If your diet is low in dairy produce or if you have reached menopause, then you may choose to take 2 tablets daily. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be a substitute for a varied diet.

Excellent Osteoguard

Have been using since post meonpausal. After a bad ankle, fib and tib break, I was given a bone density test and at 59, bones are well into the healthy area for bone density.

Why do you use this product Osteoguard®? As I am on a diet for osteo arthritis which means I try to avoid dairy products, this supplement helps to replace the calcium missing from my diet. Also, my mother has osteo porosis so I am hoping that taking this product will help me not to develop it too. I am almost 70 so, so far so good!

I take this product for prevention of bone problems rather than alleviation of pain. The fact I was able to go on a 7-day, 120 km walk in France recently (I'm almost 72) and felt great once I'd recovered from initial tiredness, seems to be a testament to this and other Nature's Best products I've been taking for many years.

I was prescribed calcium tablets by my doctor for osteoporosis. I preferred to take these tablets as they contain magnesium and boron as well which I understand to be betterthan calcium alone

I started taking Osteoguard a while ago as I suffer from pain in my toe joints. I noticed an improvement after only a few days and am delighted with the result. My husband is blind and uses a guide cane to get around but started to get pain in the wrist he uses to "sweep" his cane and again after being on Osteoguard for only a short time is actually free of pain. Highly reccommended.

Easy To Swallow

I've tried to take high doseage calcium/magnesium tablets before but they tend to be large and difficult to swallow. The shape and coating on these means I can swallow them easily. Too soon to comment further as they only arrived a few days ago.

I have been using this product all these years because it helps me with the pain i suffer in my bones since starting the menopause twenty one years ago.
You might consider using bags to pack products orders to be posted internationally as this would help keep the costs of pp down this in turn would encourage more orders.

I have suffered from osteoporosis for 8 years and was prescribed a calcium supplement. Osteoguard however is easier for me to take and has proved more effective probably because it contains both calcium and magnesium in the appropriate amounts.
