Multis For Young Adults
Our multivitamin and mineral formulas for this age group have been specially formulated to help busy adults protect their nutritional status at times when a balanced diet is the last thing on their minds. Demanding lifestyles require a balanced nutritional intake to help us cope and a multi is the most economical way to plug any gaps in the diet.
Many so-called one-a-day multis for young adults found in supermarkets or in the high street, may contain a long list of nutrients but from our experience many of the nutrient levels are not sufficient to be of any real benefit. Of particular relevance are B vitamins like folic acid, niacin and pantothenic acid which can contribute to the reduction in tiredness and fatigue. Others such as the B vitamin thiamine and the mineral iron can contribute to normal energy yielding metabolism. You’ll find the levels of these and other nutrients in our formulas are at significantly higher, than in shop bought multis.
