Multis For Young Adults

Many so-called one-a-day multis for young adults found in supermarkets or in the high street, may contain a long list of nutrients but from our experience many of the nutrient levels are not sufficient to be of any real benefit. Of particular relevance are B vitamins like folic acid, niacin and pantothenic acid which can contribute to the reduction in tiredness and fatigue. Others such as the B vitamin thiamine and the mineral iron can contribute to normal energy yielding metabolism. You’ll find the levels of these and other nutrients in our formulas are at significantly higher, than in shop bought multis. Our one-a-day multi called Multiguard® is a great ‘all-rounder’ and extremely popular with this age group and there are of course other multis for more specialist needs such as our sports multi, Multiguard Sport® and Multiguard Balance® which includes the mineral chromium (which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels) and our pregnancy formula Strongstart®.
