Multi-Max® Complete contains the same fantastic range of nutrients and plant compounds as found in Multi-Max® Advance, with the addition of high strength calcium and magnesium. These minerals take up a lot of space which explains why Multi-Max® Complete is a 3-a-day. It also explains why Multi-Max® Complete is now the UK’s most comprehensive multi. No other product offers this range of nutrients at these potencies. The B Vitamins, lutein, chromium, selenium and Vitamin D are all provided at higher levels than most other multis. In fact it is the ultimate ‘health insurance’ and costs less than 40p per day.

So if you want just a single product to take then this would have to be the one to choose. And if you wanted to add anything else then we often recommend fish oil capsules, and possibly a glucosamine supplement.

Take 3 tablets daily with a meal. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be substituted for a varied diet.

This product is free from wheat, gluten, yeast, dairy, soya, and nuts and shellfish. This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.

This product is suitable for all adults. This product is suitable for vegetarians.

I had been taking just 2 multi-max complete a day with evening primrose oil capsule and found this to be sufficient. I had been having symptoms of menopause and the symptoms disappeared - I would highly recommend. Also the products are gluten free.

Why Do You Use This Product Multi-Max® Complete ?

I had been taking just 2 multi-max complete a day with evening primrose oil capsule and found this to be sufficient. I had been having symptoms of menopause and the symptoms disappeared - I would highly recommend. Also the products are gluten free.

Our Response:

We carefully select materials that are of the highest quality. Green Tea has a natural caffeine content and our product is particularly low with just 4% which is equivalent 20mg per tablet. To put this into perspective one mug of coffee will contain between 100-140mg of caffeine. Green Tea also has a natural level of the amino acid L-theanine and some studies have suggested that this neutralises the stimulatory effect that caffeine can exert on the body.

Why do you use this product Multi-Max® Complete ? My husband decided to take Multi-Max Complete because he was taking most supplements seperately, it all just became a bit much taking 20 tablets a day, so I suggested he take Multi-Max instead, and just buy a couple of extra supplements that Multi-Max may not contain. He is very pleased with Multi-Max Complete.

Why do you use this product Multi-Max® Complete ? My husband and myself use this as we have both now reached 60 yrs, but both work full time still. It does help with tiredness, and we feel our diet is not what it should be on some days, and the extra vitamins and minerals we feel help with this shortfall.

Why do you use this product Multi-Max® Complete ? My tablets only came yesterday and have just started taking them. I am aneamic & have a few vitamin deficiencies due to dieting all the time I though tmy body needed a boost as I always feel tired these tablets contain everything I need watch this space and I will let you know how I feel.

Why do you use this product Multi-Max® Complete ? To be able to take multivitamins and minerals together, and to have the appropriate amount ofcalcium intake for my age. I only take one pill in the morning, after breakfast, and feel great ever since I started a few months ago. I have a lot more energy, and feel overall a lot better. I now purchase it also for my Mother, and she is just as pleased.
