Why do you use this product Multi-Max® Advance ? I was beginning to feel my age (67 years) obviously lacking in vitamins and minerals I decided to search your site and came upon Multi-Max Advance. I also decided to include Echinacea. I took both of these together and can say that I felt better. It is difficult to say that it was down to one or the other, it could be a combinatiion of both.

Why do you use this product Multi-Max® Advance ? I am a vegan 74 years of age and play tennis usually 5 times a week. I have been taking multi-vitamins for many years but this is the best one so far. I have taken a multi vitamin for many years as I had some ongoing health problems which (eventually!) was identified as due to Coeliac disease. I discovered Nature's Best about 3 years ago on the recommendation of a friend, and have been very pleased with their products. I started taking Multi-Max Advance a couple of years ago and always feel generally better when I'm taking it. Having been made redundant I stopped taking for about 3 months & noticed the difference so started taking it again, and felt better for it. Why do you use this product Multi-Max® Advance ? As a part of a healthy life style for a 62 year old, I believe that the vitamins contained in Multi Max Advance are an essential part of that regime. I think a good multivitamin/mineral supplement is a useful precaution as you get older. this one seems to have everything you need - I am wary of the one with added calcium after warnings that too much calcium can be as bad as too little, and I drink plenty of milk etc. You can't tell if they are hel[ping you or not - just have to take it on trust.

Why do you use this product Multi-Max® Advance ? after reading the script I thought this would be great as I have been taking chronium and b complex, I thought great no need to buy them now but I am dissapointed that this does not have as much b's as my b complex, so I will still have to take that as well as this and i'm not sure if that will be too much but this alone I do not think will be enough, I really wish I had checked the dosage before buying but I was just pleased that it said more b's than most b complexes. this has not worked out at good value since I will still be buying the b complex as that has helped me alot.

I am sorry to hear you feel disappointed with Multi-Max Advance. This is one of the most potent multivitamins available on the UK market and the levels of B Vitamins provided are much higher than many high street B Complexes. As a rule of thumb it should not be necessary to combine this product with a B Vitamin and we would not advise this on a long term basis.

Both these additions are known to be health enhancing especially the Tumeric, which is known to aid the liver function, which is probably not widely known. I have been using this for a few years and do feel more energetic when I take it. I am in my early 60s and a few years ago when caring for my mother I took her to the eye hospital for her regular checks as she had advanced macular degeneration, it was scary to see the scan of her retina and the damage that had been done. The optician told me it was hereditary and that I should start taking lutein or eat spinach every day as she told me this would help me to avoid developing the same condition. Multimax Advance has relevant amounts of this along with all the other good things so it was an obvious choice and offered good value for money as lutein is expensive on it's own anyway.

Why do you use this product Multi-Max® Advance ? I am 73 and my husband is 80 we each take one multi-max a day and I feel they are doing us good. My husband suffers from ulcerative Colitis and since he has been taking the vitamins and also one a day fish oil he has not had a single flare up, coincidence, I like to think not. As a 70 year old I have been regularly taking a multi vitamin for a few years and this one for at least 12 months. I was fortunate this last winter not to go down with more than a sniffle of a cold and no flu and feel the multi may have contributed to this. I eat more than my 5 day of fruit and veg. and a healthy diet otherwise but am conscious that the nutritional value of vegs. deteriorates the longer they have been harvested and I don't grow my own veg.

Why do you use this product Multi-Max® Advance ? I have no proof that this product is of benefit to me other than I rarely suffer from a cold. But I also take it in the belief that I am topping up with vitamins that I may be missing in my diet.

Why do you use this product Multi-Max® Advance ? I am vegetarian and I sometimes have an inconsistent diet. We also know that the nutritional value of many foodstuffs tend to get altered by transport, storage, ways of cooking,.. etc. so I take one a day to be on the safe side...and I like yours. I live in portugal and the goog one-a-day we find here are very expensive ie. Centrum bought in the pharmacy
